Nichole Caswell, MSW, RSW, is an Approved Clinical Supervisor with the OCSWSSW and CRPO, providing supervision to social workers, psychotherapists, practicum students, and early-career clinicians across Ontario.

With over 10 years of experience in community mental health and private practice, Nichole’s background is in children’s mental health, supporting children and youth ages 0–18, as well as parents, caregivers, and family systems. She also has extensive experience supporting adults navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.

Nichole’s supervision style is collaborative, supportive, trauma-informed, and attachment-based, with a focus on clinical skill development, reflective practice, case conceptualization, and therapist growth. She is also passionate about supporting clinicians navigating the transition into private practice and developing sustainable, ethical approaches to clinical work.
